This is used in MST and 100% to skip the fire medallion cutscene and conveniently wrong warp to the forest temple. I didn't find this, just a video of me doing it with instructions.
How to:
From initial position after defeating volvagia, shield turn down (be quick about it because the camera angle will change soon after)
Then, drop and recatch the fish, backflip and do Ocarina Items.
Start holding up and when the camera is done panning, cancel ocarina and walk forward
As Link walks off the ledge, continue to hold up until right before he lands.
Now hold Z and sidehop twice. continue holding Z until link dies.
save and continue and it should put you in the Forest Temple with an odd swoopy camera.
