Hey guys, today with some fresh content, covering the rise of Disciplinary Command Legendary. I already made a video on prediction that this one is going to be the best legendary in this patch and it really happened. This is a flat 3% overall buff to Fire Mages, which is a bit more than I firstly anticipated, so you should make this one and practice with it!
It's kinda fun considering in how many ways you can activate it.
