Does Winter Sothis count? She does, right? She carries though!

Chill Spd is needed to debuff the dagger foe that has 51 spd. Hone Spd was needed to buff Byleth to be able to double that dagger. Drive Spd was needed to give Sothis enough speed to boost Sirius and defeat the blue dragon in Turn 2. Renewal was needed for Byleth to regen enough HP to not get killed by the Healer (she does 11 damage) and redirect her to Lysithea instead.
