Entrap isn't too valuable in this run. The hit rate is pretty bad in most situations and I'll probably waste time crystal uses or reset for World Tree if I'm planning on using it early in some maps (like Marth's paralogue).
Those Mage Knights were wildly accurate against Merrin. In my previous attempt at this run, Merrin had all 3 Energy Drops and could one round those Mage Knights after she was Entrapped. She also had a couple of Seraph Robes so she wasn't at risk of dying unless everything hit. Not the case here, and I didn't actually change RNG after my first crystal use, oops.
But I guess I was lucky during Turn 9 Enemy Phase when Merrin should have died.
