She's hiding in the darkness and will snipe at you with Bolting. Use a Torch staff to expose her, then rush her when she's still weighed down by it. If you can't expose her, just bait out the charges with a small group, while the rest of your army continues on. On Eliwood's story, she'll be on the left side of the map instead.
