If you have Narga (Book of Naga), then Julius is nothing.
Without Narga, you have to rely on Charisma/Lover/Stat ring bonuses, but he's still not too threatening. It will take longer, though. If you made it this far, you can do it. Julius has different dialog if you kill him without Narga, but it's basically "as long as there is evil I will return".

Also recording software couldn't get the shaking properly. Heh.
