This massive, hand-breaded, deep-fried beast weighs in at a crushing 5.5 lbs, and it's served over a literal mountain of fries and sides.

🏆 THE CHALLENGE RULES:
The Food: A massive 2.5 kg (approx. 5.5 lbs) scratch-made, hand-breaded, pounded-out, and deep-fried schnitzel piled high with fries and sides.
The Time Limit: Exactly 1 Hour (60 Minutes).
The Prize: The meal is completely FREE + ultimate bragging rights!
The Penalty: Lose the clock, and it's a €50 fail fee.
