Whisky.com reviews the Finlaggan Sauternes Single Cask 2025. The Finlaggan Sauternes Single Cask is an Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky that comes from an unofficially named distillery and was released by the Vintage Malt Whisky Company. Like all Finlaggan bottlings, this whisky is bottled without chill-filtration and without the addition of colouring agents. Distillation is carried out traditionally in copper Pot Still stills, with the peaty barley bringing the typical Islay character: smoky, spicy and maritime.
