In this video, how to identify the redundant states and how to eliminate them (state reduction) in the state diagram is explained using the examples. And after the state reduction, how the each state is assigned a binary value is also explained. (state assignment). Using the state reduction, it is possible to reduce the logic components in the designed circuit.
