Last week I made "Botanical Rum", I asked for comments and advice on different flavour directions. Boy did I get them! So this week I had another crack.

250 ml / 17 oz white molasses forward rum
250 ml / 17 oz oak aged molasses forward rum
6 g / 0.211 oz cacao nibs
1/2 cracked nutmeg
3 cracked allspice berries (dry toasted)
6g / 0.211 oz liquorice root
3 cardamom pods cracked
1/2 cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
6g / 0.211 oz orange peel
