I finally found Timmy in The Forest and it took weeks and some help from you in the comments! To find Timmy in the Forest feels almost impossible, especially when completing the story in reverse in places.
I asked the audience for a spoiler without spoiling the story and found out that I should look in the Sinkhole in the pool of water in the bottom.
To finy Timmy in The Forest, just go to the sinkhole, clear it out, and go inside the pool of water in the bottom of the sinkhole, using a rebreather you can swim deep into the cave which them emerges into the endgame area.
Having said all that I'm not even sure if this is really the end, I think it is, but let me know in the comments if not.
