I had no previous experience with such a lock.
I was looking for a replacement for a lock which started showing signs of age after 23 years of use.
The people who sold me this originally were useless and the original lock manufacturer (Illinois Lock Company) no longer made this lock.
I had considerable difficulty finding a substitute until I was direct to the Dormakaba (or Kaba) website. The key to finding the replacement was a template for the pushbutton keypad installation.
The Dormakaba tech support people were excellent (extremely helpful)!
