Find the Sound by Jack Hartmann is a phonemic awareness song that focuses on phoneme isolation. Have students do their best detective word work to isolate the sound. For the vowel sounds, they will determine if the phoneme is the beginning or medial sound in the word.
This version has the traditional vowel sounds for the long i sound.
