Totally Vanilla Gaming presents Finch Farm, a recently acquired Settlement, still under construction. It's totally vanilla, not one mod used. It's also what I call "low tech"- using nothing requiring the Science! Perk. I'm not sure what I want to do here just yet, but the build height is huge, and I like a room with a view!

When the Settlement is complete, I will update with a new Tour.
