Knowing that the capacitors in my IBM PS/2 Model 80 were likely digesting my floppy drive from the inside-out, I 've really wanted to work on this system. So it's finally time.

Also, someone recently found me an external 5.25" floppy drive in a potting shed, so let's see if that works.

Unfortunately we didn’t get anything repaired today. Just a lot of disassembly.
