lol. I need to figure out how to film huge unboxings š¤£ This is the new @Apple Studio Display XDR, a 27ā MiniLED display with a Nanotexture display that is absolutely gorgeous. Iāve been wanting a great, 5K display that works well for Mac display scaling for awhile, and despite asking so many other brands to make a great alternative for what seems like four years or more, no one has taken this spot. Now Apple is here to provide a modern option in that space, and it looks amazing. Yes, you can still get some haloing because itās not OLED, but in practical use for my video editing, the blacks look black to me, the glare isnāt there, itās nice and bright, and the color is amazing. Plus, if you get the VESA mount version, itās $400 cheaper. Itās still not cheap, and Iām shocked that after so many years, no other brand has tried to make an alternative 5K display that has modern display tech, still. From what Iāve heard, the earliest we may even get anything close to that is another two years š« So the Apple Studio Display XDR is our only option, and dangit, it was worth the price to me. Itās gorgeous.
