🥔🌱 THERE’S A BAKED POTATO IN EPCOT!!! AT A QUICK SERVICE LOCATION!!!
The NEW Plant-based Chili Baked Potato ($13.49) at Regal Eagle Smokehouse is HUGE. Seriously—the photos don’t even come close to showing how massive this thing is. We had people stopping us while we were filming just to ask what it was!
It’s loaded with hearty plant-based chili, dairy-free cheese and sour cream, plus a benne seed-herb sauce that gives it a unique Southern twist.
Our biggest tip? Grab a couple of salt and pepper packets before you dig in. Once seasoned and split open so all those toppings mix together, this potato really comes to life.
At nearly $14, it might sound pricey for a baked potato, but this isn’t your average loaded spud. It’s packed with plant-based ingredients, plenty of protein from multiple kinds of beans in the chili, and it’s easily big enough to be a full meal (or even share for a lighter lunch).
