In this video, we're building a wireless license plate detection rig to cover the dark side of my parking lot, leveraging the power of ai security camera technology to enhance the overall surveillance system. The best security cameras of 2026 will be put to the test as we integrate the Unifi system, utilizing the UI to configure the G6 Pro Turret camera for optimal performance. To ensure seamless connectivity, we'll be using the UDB switch, which will enable us to power the camera and transmit data wirelessly. The goal is to achieve accurate license plate recognition, even in low-light conditions, and explore the capabilities of ai detections in identifying and recording vehicle information. By using the Flex Utility and other advanced features, we aim to create a robust and reliable license plate detection system that can provide valuable insights and enhance security in the parking lot. The Unifi system's ability to support multiple cameras and the G6 Pro Turret's high-quality video feed make it an ideal choice for this project, and we're excited to see the results of our wireless license plate detection rig.
