Raise your hand if you are a fan of Final Fight. Originally released in 1989 into arcades by Capcom, this title immediately stood out from the competition. The characters were huge, animated well, and there were tons of them onscreen at once. Capcom had a hit on their hands. There have been many home ports of Final Fight and outside of ports that use emulation, they have all been lacking in some way. Probably one of the worst offenders being the Commodore Amiga port, if based on nothing other than “this could have been nearly perfect”. Fans at Prototron are working on improving the image of the Commodore Amiga port of Final Fight.
