Final update on taking fenugreek to lower my A1C! I’m happy to say my A1C did indeed go down! 6.1➡️5.7 but honestly I was making so many other diet and lifestyle changes through this time I highly doubt the Fenugreek helped with that. I’m eating low carb, I’m incorporating more fiber, I’m consistently lifting weight and doing cardio. I’m being good about the order I eat my food (no sugar on an empty stomach). Also the side effects out way any benefit for me. I smell like curry. I have no desire to increase my bust size either. My energy levels were already good.
TLDR: Side effects aren’t worth the benefits (for me).
