So yea, one of the major flaws of my run was the fact that I had to beat him in two staggers.
I don't think it's possible to kill him in one stagger without at least one syncro drive.
So I was thinking about how to solve this problem and I came up with the idea to NOT skip the syncro drive tutorial as it gives you a full syncro drive for free. Also, it leaves you with being able to get the robot at the same time which kinda comes in handy considering that I wouldn't even get an ATK monster before the chocobo without losing a significant amount of time.
If you skip the syncro drive tutorial you won't be able to get a full syncro drive for whenever you get to stagger Aloadai unless you fight extra battles which take time.
