How to take down an Adamantoise without maxing all primary roles, without ultimate weapons, without a summon, and without shrouds.

Entire setup is shown after the fight. If you do not have Dragoon Lance/Dragonhorn and do not want to spend time or money to get it, Bladed Lance/Glaive will work fine. I would avoid Taming Pole/Venus Gospel because Stagger Lock may very well trip you up.
Typically, you can actually get away with refreshing Protectra on Fang only, if you need to at all.
