Trade Crystals to the Conquest NPC to raise your Rank bar and unlock the Mission, then accept it from the Gate Guard.
Click on the Door: President's Office and enter to speak to President Karst.
Head for Xarcabard. Castle Zvahl is on the far west of the area at D-7.
The Shadow Lord Battle will be in the next video.
