I Completed Strongest Shinra Mission on first playthrough. As a reward, you get Shinra as a Monster recruiter and the Last Resort Garment Grid: The Ultimate and last Garment Grid to receive in this game. I pretty much left Rikku as bait, with Yuna and Paine as attackers to fight him off. Enjoy~ =)

Yuna: Level 85 - Higher Power Garment Grid
Mascot - Adamantite & Invincible
Rikku: Level 86 - The End Garment Grid
Mascot - Champion Belt & Rabite's Foot
Paine: Level 88 - The End Garment Grid
Mascot - Iron Duke & Rabite's Foot

Last Resort Garment Grid: Passive Abilities = None
All Gates = Hero Medicine
Red Gate = Spell Spring = 0 MP Cost
Yellow Gate = Magic Booster
Blue Gate = Break Damage Limit
Green Gate = All Physical Critical
