Kind of a boring video, but I figured I need to show it.
We arrive at Remiem temple and meet Belgemine, who challenges Yuna to aeon duels. You have to take out here aeons one at a time, and you can not challenge an aeon that you do not currently have. She gives out a lot of good prizes for beating her, including the key item Aeon's Soul, which lets me raise my aeon's attributes.
