Third entry in the NSNC2NO or "Sphere grid Only" challenge. I started this from my cleared file of NSGNSNC2NONENNENBB, and actually kept No Escape and No No encounters until the very end (didn't even allowed Flee, for consistency).
At first you might think anything that allows Sphere Grid would be simple, but there's more than meets the eye on this one.
After killing Dark Valefor, I decided to defeat Ultima Buster with Doom (yes, Auto-Life for 255 turns), in order to get an AP weapon for Auron (OD to AP, Triple OD, Triple AP), that way we could finally start the real stat farm on the Arena.
Dark Ifrit will give us access to our first Ribbon armor, which will help a lot in the Arena and its mandatory for a lot of Dark Aeons. This fight would've been a lot cleaner with Auto-Phoenix and more Sentinels, but whatever.
As always, I played this whole challenge using RNG manip, this is to save myself from killing bosses over and over. It was still a feat to get the desired drops, considering the NENNE restrictions got me into extra fights that could alter the RNG. Fortunately, Ribbon + Break HP Limit is not "that" hard to get from elemental Dark Aeons.
