The party encounters Seymour again at the top of Mount Gagazet. He tells the party that he assassinated the Ronso that tried to stop him from going up the mountain, as well as inform them about his plans. He transforms into Seymour Flux and attempts to kill everyone. Afterwards, Tidus' secret is revealed to everyone.
