I'm playing a special challenge run using my latest experimental Auto-Regen mod: nexusmods.com/finalfantasyxx2hdremaster/mods/286
Main goal: defeating Braska's Final Aeon. No Zanmato, no 9999 mixes, avoid aeons, minimal grinding.
Today, I will be battling against Yunalesca, Sin and Seymour Omnis.
In order to stand a chance against Yunalesca, I will use a not very known mechanic of FFX: healing with elemental magic, which works even under Zombie status.
To this end, I will need to steal some items and then customize Confuse Ward + Fire Eater armors.
The battles against Sin's Fins and Sin's Core should be difficult, but still possible.
I'm not sure about whether I will be able to defeat Sin's Head ("overdrive Sin") without extra grinding though.
To be able to defeat Seymour Omnis, I will need to create armors with all four Elemental Proofs/Eaters.
