- All enemies are level 100, even those who normally can't be (like Ultimecia)
- Avoid overpowered stuff: Invencibility, The End, Meltdown, Doomtrain, Lionheart, Wishing Star.
- Try to obtain all GFs and defeat the final boss. I won't get Odin until I defeated Raijin and Fufin the 2nd time.
- All characters and GFs start level 100. GFs start with everything learned.
- Always draw 100 magic at a time and magic is NOT consumed inside battles.

If you had asked me a few days ago, I would have assumed this challenge is just impossible. List of rules:
- No healing in Pokémon Centers. I will avoid even entering any Pokémon Center at all.
- No healing by talking to NPCs (such as mom in Pallet Town and the Silph Co employees)
- No healing by standing on the purified area of the Pokémon Tower in Lavender Town.
- No healing by losing a battle. If all Pokémon faint, I must reset the game and continue from the last save file.
- No glitches such as Missigno, memory manipulation, arbitrary code execution and similar.
- Healing with items in the bag (bought from shops or obtained by any other means) is allowed.
- Goal: become the Kanto League Champion and enter the Hall of Fame following the rules.
