This is a battle against the Boss Dual Bombs, on NORMAL MODEL, with a team that has completed the game on all difficulties, which is why it will seem easy.
The general strategy is the same of course, it will just take much longer without the proper weapons, materia & limit breaks.
TIPS
- Equip elemental+fire on your armour
- If your level on materia is high enough, they will not be able to damage you & may even heal you
- Otherwise, hit & run is your best tactic here; focus on one, don't stop moving. When they stop to perform an attack, get behind and do some damage (or heal) - don't get greedy as Cloud's attacks can be slow.
- Keep it up until one of them dies. Your fight is now much easier. Just lock on, circle around, wait for them to stop again and build the pressure gauge and do as much damage as possible
- For some reason, they're not weak to Ice...
- Don't Summon Ifrit...
