Tritoch is frozen in the cliff to the north of Narshe (in the exact point where Terra left it before going nuts). It uses ice attacks, so ice-absorbing armor is useful. Once defeated, it will join you as an Esper, which when equipped will teach you Ice3, Fire3 and Bolt3 - not bad!
