This one is annoying,he creates 3 copies of himself AND he can counter your attack with a physical attack of himself that deals high damage.he can also freeze your party and cast stop on them,in my opinion he is not really hard,just annoying,and it tends to be a pain in the ass.
i recommend equipping ice shield to halve his Ice-based attack.
sorry for the ultima spam,i had to record this video several times and i was getting pissed off,by the way,dont use umaro in this fight,he use sandstom and the ice dragon absorb ice attacks,restoring his HP.

this setup makes you virtually invincible,this is a Lai Strike setup combined with safety bit.
If you didnt knew it,safety bit is an accesory that gives you 6% of enduring a One-hit KO attack with 1 HP.
Heres the trick, if you get hit,you will have 1 HP remaining,hit feral chaos with a HP attack and EXP to HP will activate,no matter how many HP you get restored,you can get hit by feral chaos again,and you will have 1 HP remaining,this strategy can be repeated infinite times,as long as feral chaos doesnt connect a HP attack when you have 1 HP (this is the only weakness of the invincible lai strike setup).
Sniper eye GREATLY increase wall rush damage thanks to the boosters accesories( as you can see in this video).
