EDIT: Man, it looks like my recorder hates airship flight scenes... Hope I don't have to record many of those!

Use Thundara (if you have it) to take out the one on the right, and use your other spells to destroy the left one. You shouldn't have too much of a problem, but if you do, remember that "wasting" some time to use Cure spells on the party is always an option!
