Multiple whiteouts and some preparation

Rules:
-Every time a character dies, the have to change Job to the next one on the list
-You can skip a Job when changing, but you can't go back
-When a Job is Mastered, you gotta change it
-Playing on 4x EXP and 4x Gil
-Mostly disabling random battles and not grinding for ABP
-Total party whiteout can mean either everyone change jobs or no one change jobs, whatever is more convenient
