I pity this boss,the only reason Neo shinryu is hard to defeat is that most of the magical and physical attacks will bounce off (it will not deal damage to him).
This factor makes the battle difficult and annoying,and thats the main reason why i pity shinryu,i mean,if it werent for his cheap method of fight,he would have died in less than a minute.

So,i did a simple strategy:first,dispel the mighty guard he cast at the beggining of the fight, berserk him, and then use Finishers.Be sure to have at least one support character (Lenna,in my case),the support character will heal the others characters when needed while the others focus on the finishers.

i used this strategy because i was so lazy to get the dragon lances (you would jump to shinryu and deal 9999 damage twice in a row,but,hey,that motherfucker will not receive most of your jumps anyways,making this fight last forever,and thus,ANNOYING.)

When he dies,he dualcast gigaflare and meteor....another reason for me to say that this boss is pathetic:NEO SHINRYU HAVE LOW MAGIC STATS,so his last attacks will most likely damage your team,yet not kill any of them.

All my characters survived the "namikaze",so his last attempt to stick the middle finger up failed....
