Delita and Ramza catch up to the Death Corps unit holding Teta hostage. However they learn that Wiegraf was never going to hold on to Teta. As shown before, Wiegraf is above using hostages as it negates his group's beliefs. He prefers a direct approach to show that rank doesn't mean anything. Wiegraf won't let Ramza and Delita go freely to collect Teta since they stand for what Wiegraf detests. Ramza and party are forced into combat.
