This ones a bit stronger than the one in world 2, but its AI script is identical (obviously you want to one-shot it so it doesnt send however many Turtles down your throat).")

Aka Sophia (Greek: σοφία wisdom; you see it a lot in various ancient writings on philosophy [obviously, its in the name] and mysticism).
Two attacks of note: Entice induces a Confuse-like status that nothing is immune to (though it has a naturally low hit rate) and can only be cured by KOing the caster (Gau can use this through -Vileplume- Rafflesia; needless to say it you can cheese your way though any singular boss with it). Cloudy Heaven causes all KOs dealt to affected characters for the rest of the battle to induce zombie status instead of the standard incapacitation; the game considers it an instant death attack, so use Safety Bits and Memento Rings to block it. DO NOT USE RIBBONS OR AMULETS; they prevent zombies affected by the spell from being cured.")

The ONLY dies if MP = 0 gimmick seems to have been intended for the original (in Kefkas Tower) at some point (Skull Dragon lives on magical energy). That one IS MP Kill in the final game, but youre probably going to beat it up with HP violence anyway.")

Take 2, because I had forgotten about his berserk vulnerability (pointless in practice, but gotta go fast). Doesnt protect you from his final Ultima, though.
Safe method: equip Reflect Rings on everyone, cast Reraise on whoever, and sit back and watch as Magic Master kills himself. If you dont have Reraise…well, either youre REALLY masochistic or overleveled. Or both.")

You need these to circumvent Little Chariot EXP gains on the Big Bridge. Simply controlling it and throwing Shuriken/spamming Sword Dance until it has low enough HP to catch it doesnt work in this version, since those now break the control.
Jackanapes has 666 HP and must be at or below 83 HP (at least 583 damage) for a successful catch. (Catch them with Bartz, Lenna and Galuf; you need Fariss agility for the actual Little Chariot fight, to cast Stop [Romeos Ballad] before they kill you. If you grinded it out, a Thief with Sing should work too.)
Original strat by @JuukaRock, modified to my preferences. (Also, I got a bit sloppy and/or reckless in this recording; youll definitely want to play it more cautiously.)
Thief w/!Control
Beastmaster w/!Hide
Ninja w/!Time
1. Thief Control (use Phoenix Down on each other as needed until Control succeeds); Thief and Beastmaster pass all turns
2. Ninja uses Haste on party (priority Ninja - Beastmaster - Thief), then Slow on Jackanapes until it succeeds (restore MP as needed)
3. Beastmaster hides instantly after being hasted
4. Ninja heals MP to full (Ether) and throws weapon, Jackanapes uses Moon Flute and berserks party; keep track of damage dealt by thrown weapons and berserk attacks
5. Jackanapes KOs both teammates, Beastmaster unhides and revives Thief first, Ninja second
6. Repeat steps 1-5 (adjust Haste priority as needed) until enough damage is dealt (use Potion on Jackanapes re: accidental KO issues)
7. As soon as Jackanapes ends a turn, Hasted Beastmaster unhides and catches it")
