Four words: PAIN - IN - THE - ASS!
I know that I said the past few videos weren't too tough to do. Well, this one took care of that in serious fashion. It was very challenging to figure out how to get the high strings to come through clearly without too much disruption in the sound, and the changing time signatures at the beginning added to the difficulty. This is on top of the sheer length of it all, and the fact that the repeating point isn't very obvious. The end result, though, is quite nice I think. I wish I could have gotten the timpanis to come through a little louder, but oh well, they suffice as it is.
