When you reach the Sector 6 slums again you can speak with Chadley this time being able to use Tifa in the Fat Chocobo VR mission. You must use Unbridled Strength Twice to charge Rise & Fall then keep attacking using just the square button to charge 2 more ATB's then as soon as it's staggered use Rise & Fall then Unbridled Strength twice more and keep this up until you reach 300% if your having trouble you can wait until you get Aerith back Ray of Judgment also raises the stagger percent.
