This game looks FANTASTIC. They really did a great job at remaking this game, and I'm very excited to play the full game in March. I played the original for the first time about two years ago.



I'm really liking the way this game plays so far. It's like they took the battle system of FFXV and made it WAY better and more fluid. Every attack animation looks and feels flashy, and Cloud's mode switching ability feels really useful for enemies that need to be parried. I have a nasty habit of trying to dodge roll attacks because of Dark Souls though, which I'll have to break since the dodge in this game doesn't seem to give any i-frames at all, lol. You can't really button mash like a maniac in this game (unsurprisingly) or you'll get wrecked since you can't cancel the attack animations to block.


Anyway, I haven't uploaded in a few years and recently got a new internal capture card, so this is my first official video using it! Let me know if you notice any quality issues and I'll work on them in my upcoming videos. :)
