Go to the Collapsed Expressway - Old bypass to find the Third and final Chocobo refuse to head back and keep going to find another side quest at Evergreen park. You can also steal another 2 Champion Belts while doing this section twice from the Grungy Bandit. Never had any trouble with the first 2 locations so never bothered to make videos but if you still need more there is one by the Church and one North of the Slum public Cemetery.
