Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Flowers on the Hill Quest Walkthrough on Hard difficulty in the Grasslands. This quest is unlocked directly after completing the Chocobo quest from Billy at the Grasslands Chocobo Ranch, in Chapter 2. Beating this on Hard difficulty gets you Telluric Scriptures Vol. VII manuscript for Aerith.

Rewards: Telluric Scriptures Vol. VII
For Red XIII's materia, you don't have to have exactly the same as mine shown in the video (you don't need that many Luck Up materia). The most essential is: First Strike, ATB Boost, ATB Stagger, Elemental with Fire (or Ice) magic. I equipped the Enhanced Expeditionary Medal just to get level 3 Limit Break: Wrath of the Land.
ATB Boost immediately, then use Sentinel Stance. After the barrage is over, activate Vengeance Mode and attack until you get full 2 ATB. Then use Stardust Ray. Keep attacking until ATB is full again to use Stardust Ray again. Numbers start flashing on the screen like crazy, frames dropping because of all the graphics particles, and you should have your Limit Break gauge full after staggering a few Mandrakes. Then, use your Limit Break, whichever one you got. You'll notice that you might get a full Limit Break gauge AGAIN right after using it. You can just repeat using Stardust Ray or a Limit Break since it refills fast.
When you attack as Red XIII, make sure you hold down the attack button to use the Whirling Slash. The success and repeatability of this strategy depends on your approach to the Mandrakes, so you get them all bunched up together. The Telluric Scriptures Vol. VII is obtained directly after the fight with the Mandrakes, before picking the flowers.
Pick the correct flowers to make this Quest count in the Perfectly Executed Odd Jobs in the Play Log.
Red XIII is wearing Hellhound outfit, which can be unlocked after completing the game. You'll have to purchase it from Event Square in the Golden Saucer for 1000 Gold Saucer points.
