On Friday August 31st, iam8bit and Square-Enix joined forces for an once-in-a-lifetime event that encompassed two-and-a-half decades of the seminal role-playing game, appropriately dubbed THE FINAL FANTASY 25th ANNIVERSARY EXPERIENCE.

Held in Seattle during PAX Prime, this ONE-DAY-ONLY gathering played hosted to over 2,000 fans, guiding them through four distinct ages of Final Fantasy in custom-designed living room "pods," with furniture, televisions and consoles from that specific period in time, including:

OLD-SCHOOL - Featuring NES, SNES, Famicom and Super Famicom
GOLDEN AGE - Featuring PSOne and PlayStation 2
MODERN - Featuring Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3
FUTURE - With a sneak peek of what's to come in 2013 and beyond (including "Lightning Returns")
