Let's go back to 1987 when Squaresoft (later Square Enix) made Final Fantasy, and let me tell you that Nobuo Uematsu has made some very memorable melodies for many Final Fantasy entries, but music for Final Fantasy 1 soundtrack is truly classic as melodies stand up even after almost 40 years!

This cave theme from FF1 OST is very close to my heart as while its very short game song, it has very catchy tune ready to be implemented to violins, kalmimba, organic percussive instruments which make you feel to be inside a cave!

Matoya's Cave is a location in the original Final Fantasy. It is the abode of the witch Matoya, and is located northeast of Cornelia. Matoya is not the sole inhabitant of the cave; a number of self-animated brooms also dwell here. They sweep the floors endlessly, and if the player attempts to converse with them, they will chant a short song which is an inverted hint at the button input needed to access the world map.
