In the depths of night, shadows loom,
A figure emerges, wreathed in gloom.
Eyes of crimson, teeth like knives,
This creature stalks, for it thrives.

Its prey are many, its hunger rife,
It seeks to end, to take a life.
But one remains, to stand and fight,
To end this terror, to make it right.

With heart and soul, and will to spare,
They face the beast, without a care.
For they know that they must prevail,
Or all will be lost, beyond the pale.

So they charge, their weapon drawn,
And with a cry, they press on.
The battle rages, fierce and wild,
But in the end, it is the hero who smiled.

With a final strike, the beast is slain,
And the hero stands, unscathed and sane.
But as they turn to walk away,
They hear a voice, which seems to say:

"You may have won, this time around,
But know that I'll be back, unbound.
So keep your eyes, and ears, alert,
For I'll return, in Final Escape's concert."
