The Shadow the Hedgehog intro upscaled to 8K using Topaz Video AI v4.1.1.
Obviously, this isnt real 8K. The goal here is to make image look better than it was, maybe even like a true 1080p image.
This sure was an interesting process to get working. The video is contained in a .sfd format, which according to online is the same format as Dreamcast video files. After some googling I found this thread:

I then converted the sfd to mpg and upscaled.
