This concludes the quadrilogy of Trauma Center series, and where it died as Atlus never made/revived another one after this.

Not a bad game, but it has some flaws that kills the momentum of playing the game.

While Trauma Team does its own thing. this felt the weakest of the series to me, and that's mainly due to the story pacing of having 6 different doctors that each has their own playstyle.

The surgeon, CR-S01 remains to its core to the series with the gameplay, but its watered down with a lot of handholding, icons placed everywhere, there is no difficulty to these stages, too much yapping after doing each treatment.

Hank with the catchphrase ''ROCK SOLID''. A very repatitive boring ''within the guidelines'' surgery and putting screws into bones.

Maria, fast paced treating people. One of the best of this new edition.

Tomoe, treating people inside the body with a machine, not the worse, just annoying to play as on emulator without wiimote.

Gabriel, while hes one of the best characters in here, the diagnostic gameplay can be a chore and boring, as it stretches out too long.

Naomi gameplay...snore, worse part and the LONGEST of the game. Just give me cutscenes instead of figuring out correct answers, and which cards to merge with eachother or to give littleguy. horrible pacing, especially when its hardly connected to the main plot of the game.
Story only picks up near the finale, still doesn't make her gameplay enjoyable.

This felt like a wii sports game that puts multiple different gameplay styles into one.
