Quaquaval is a powerful physical attacker with its Moxie ability and access to Aqua Step, allowing it to increase its Speed while dealing damage. It also has coverage with Brick Break, Brave Bird and Ice Spinner, alongside Bulk Up and Rain Dance, making the right counter and strategy important for taking this raid down consistently.
