In this Short I find an incredible piece of kit in a large garage at the back of a property in Bellevue, Nebraska. I walk in and sitting there is an incredible 1976-77 Marantz 4270 Quadradial receiver. It is covered in dust and dirt. It's scratched. There's some rust. But it's in pretty dang good shape. A friend of mine wanted to include it in the estate sale for the family, but I needed to get my hands on it to clean it first. So I took it home and spent THREE HOURS thoroughly detailing this incredible vintage receiver.
