I often get asked about my colour (color for my American friends) grades, and those that follow my work will know that I love a stylised, filmic, or dare I say 'cinematic', look in my work. Colour grading is without a doubt one of my favourite parts of the filmmaking and production process, and I have been tweaking these particular looks for some time now. If you've seen any of my work online, you will have seen looks just like this.
I'm finally happy and ready to put them out there, so please allow me to introduce my brand new LUT pack - 'FILMIC'. Inspired by classic film colours, these LUT's give your footage a recognisably filmic but modern and contemporary look. I love what they do to my footage, and if you add some grain, you're golden!
The pack includes 4 different looks made for both Panasonic LUMIX V-Log footage, and standard Rec.709 footage from any camera. 4 different looks in one pack gives you the versatility to achieve a filmic vibe with any footage, in any scenario. From outdoor scenes in natural light, to low light and everything else in between. I've tested them on absolutely everything and have tried to make them as versatile as possible.
